Gary Matson, Chief People Officer. VP of Human Resources for Del Monte. Undergrad in Psychology. 18 years of corporate experience in human resources and administration at large consumer food company. Elder at Northway Christian church and Board member of Sarah Heinz House.

James Samreny, General Manager, North Hills. Earned football scholarship and graduated from Geneva College, started home-based biscotti business and discovered family passion for culinary arts. Mentored local disadvantaged young people. Attended part-time seminary program.

Sam Kane, General Manager, South Hills. Graduate of University of South Carolina with Bachelor degree in Communication and Advertising and concentration in Hospitality Management. Started up, owned, operated and sold two Groucho Delis. Owned and operated a Moe’s Southwestern Grill franchise.

Mike Hennessy, Legal. Graduate of Duquesne University, member of Goldblum & Sablowsky law firm, provided in-house legal council for several local start-up companies including Brewster's. Built a brick oven on his porch.

John Gilbert, Accounting. Graduate of University of Pittsburgh as CPA. Partner in accounting firm Prinzo & Associates specializing in small to medium size businesses.
